The position

Sit on top of the stack. Don’t ask it to move.

Every organization large enough to need FresQuo already runs a CRM, a project tool and an ERP. Replacing any of them is a two-year argument. So FresQuo is built to be the relationship layer above them — standalone for the teams those systems never licensed, and an add-on inside the ones your sales team already lives in.

Ways to run it

Three deployments, and the API under all of them.

Standalone workspace

Available now

Own login, full product. This is what exists today and what the demo runs on.

Add-on inside the CRM

In development

A FresQuo panel on the account and contact record. The seller never leaves the screen they were already in.

Direct integrations

Planned

Two-way sync with the CRM, project management and ERP systems already in place.

The API underneath

Available now

Entities, relationships, people and locations, all reachable programmatically.

See it against your own stack.

The sandbox is the real product running on a fictional portfolio: forty organizations, their stakeholders, their territories and their pipeline. Move things, edit them, break them — it is your browser, nobody else sees it, and Reset puts it back.

Roadmap

Direct integrationsPlanned

The step after the add-ons. Most of what belongs on the map is already typed into something else — an account in the CRM, a delivery date in the project tool, a site or an asset in the ERP.

CRM

Planned

Accounts, contacts and open opportunities, kept in step with the organizations, stakeholders and pipeline stages on the map.

Project & programme

Planned

Delivery status where the relationship lives, so an executive review reads the same dates the delivery team is working to.

ERP & operations

Planned

Sites, assets, licences and contracts placed on the ground they occupy, instead of living as rows nobody outside finance can read.

Identity & access

Planned

Single sign-on and directory groups, so a role on the map is the role the organization already grants.

Named systems are integration targets, not current capabilities, and are the property of their respective owners. No integration listed here ships in the current release.
